A new roof for the existing conservatory
The ABS Home Improvements team recently completed this conservatory roof installation for a homeowner in Eye.
The existing conservatory frames and brick base were retained. We removed the original glazed roof and fitted a new lean-to style Equinox lightweight solid roof in its place.
The solid roof gives the conservatory a more substantial appearance while working neatly with the shape of the existing structure and adjoining property.
Its tiled exterior also coordinates well with the surrounding rooflines, creating a finished result that feels much more connected to the main house.
Designed around the existing conservatory
Reusing the existing frames allowed the conservatory to be updated without replacing the complete structure.
